I like that the hotel is close to the mall, and my daughter. My hubany and I stay at El Palacio for the jazz in the Garden the last four year. I will be staying next year too
I like the tubs ,jacuzzi and that the stadium is down the street
For my trip to miami gardens the location could not have been better
Located close to Sun Life Satdium
We chose thehotel because of its proximity to the Dolphins Stadium. It was an easy mile walk there and back and the whole logistics thing worked really well. Having read some mixed reviews about the place we went with an open mind but found the staff an accommodation to be excellent. There was a nice pool for an early swim and a mini gym for the fit at heart. There was also a 9th floor sports bar and restaurant with spectacular viewes and good quality bar food. We had a great time!
The parking lot was well secure, I have stayed at that hotel in the Pass and it has improve a lot ..
The hotel was awful, terrible location and way overpriced.
The front desk staff is always very accomodating, and we really enjoy Chris (Bar Manager)!
The comftorbility of the beds, pillows and the room. The king size jacuzzi room with the porch is great for a couple get a way and prices are great.
The bar grill should available longer hrs through out the day, more days of the week, with a bigger menu. The pool should not close as early on weekends.
Where it was located
The room was small and smelled like smoke, it was a very old building and the bathroom needed remodeling
we love it and will be back in jan 2013. thank you
It was too far out the way without any transport
Made to wait for three hours to check in
The breakfast the keep served the same food everyday
Good services and nice mini golf installation
Reasonably priced easy access from florida turnpike
This hotel is very convient to shopping and restaurants. When we arrived at the front desk, the reception was excellent, but when we got to our rooms, there was a lizzard in the bathtub, the towels were very worn, the tub had not been cleaned. We found bed of ants dead in one of the three beds. If the cost of the rooms had not already been applied to the credit card, I would not have stayed there, but what is a customer to do, when the bill is paid before I arrive. And, by the way, were were not told it goes directly on the credit card when we book the rooms. Wonder why they put one room on the credit card and not the other room. Ummmmmmmmmm.
